Status codes
Status codes play a crucial role in providing context for each check-in within a project. These codes are designed to offer concise, yet meaningful information that aligns with the project team's established workflow and guidelines.
How to Use Status Codes:
- Each status code serves as a reason or explanation for a specific check-in, offering insight into its purpose or outcome.
- The codes are tailored to be in sync with the project's unique processes as defined by the project team's "Definition of Way of Working."
- Adding a New Code: New status codes can be easily incorporated into the system. To add a code, simply click on an empty line in the status code list and enter the new code.
Remember, these codes are informational and help maintain clarity and consistency in project communication and documentation.
